Where we deliver

We deliver to every district in Bangladesh through our courier partner.

How long it takes

We confirm your order by phone, then pack it. Delivery usually takes 1–2 days inside Dhaka, 2–3 days in the Dhaka sub-areas and 3–5 days elsewhere in Bangladesh. Drops and pre-orders ship once they are in stock.

Delivery charges

The charge depends on where you live. It is shown at checkout, before you place your order, and some areas get free delivery above a certain order value.

Cash on delivery

You normally pay the rider in cash when the parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready and keep your phone on so the rider can reach you.

Order confirmation

We confirm each order by phone, SMS or WhatsApp before sending it. Please make sure the number you give us is correct.
