If something is wrong

If your order arrives damaged, or isn't the toy you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Send your order number and clear photos of the toy and the box. After we check, we will send a replacement or refund you.

Please check the parcel on delivery

If the parcel is visibly damaged when the rider hands it to you, tell the rider and message us straight away.

Changed your mind?

Toys that are unopened, unused and in their original packing can be returned within 3 days of delivery. You pay the return delivery. Toys that have been squeezed, washed or damaged can't be taken back.

Advance payments

If you paid an advance by bKash, Nagad or Rocket and we can't fulfil your order, we refund that advance in full.
